The Heart Next Door is a maternal health app tackling preventable maternal deaths by bridging gaps in care. It offers education, symptom monitoring, and emotional support to expecting and postpartum mothers, complementing clinical care and fostering timely interventions—helping mothers feel seen, supported, and connected beyond hospital visits.
